About Lucy Harrison

A passionate campaigner with regional presence, Lucy is a local resident who cares about Batchley & Brockhill’s issues whether big or small. From litter issues to her campaign to install a zebra crossing on Batchley Road, Lucy is a strong voice for the area.

Speeding and road safety issues are a primary concern for Lucy, and these have been raised on the doors a number of times. Lucy is determined to take steps to improve road safety – beginning with a crossing on Batchley Road – which residents have been demanding for a long time.

Lucy said:

“I know there are residents who have felt ignored on this issue, and I want to ensure they do not feel ignored anymore.”

Lucy added:

“I am just so passionate about Batchley and Brockhill – I feel like people can talk it down – but we should be so proud of the community here and work together to improve things wherever possible – tidying up the litter and making the most of the beautiful areas we have within the ward. Likewise, the recent improvement to the paving on Cardy Close shows how small changes can really make a big difference.”
