How can we improve Redditch town centre?

This would allow the town centre to grow and could establish better 'flow' between parts of the town.
Do you support the idea of having all public services in one building?
This is known as 'one public estate' where as many public services as possible all share a building and facilities to reduce the overall running costs to the taxpayer.
